Refund & Shipping Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds on jewelry - all items are final sale. Sizing measurements are provided under every item description. Please measure prior ordering if you have any questions regarding your size feel free to contact us - info@glimpsinggleam.com. 

In case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect order please contact us within 4 days of delivery and we'll be more than happy to help out!

To be eligible for a defect or incorrect order return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Contact us at info@glimpsinggleam.com to start your return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return label with instructions where to send your package. Please submit a return request before the items are sent to us back to us or the item(s) will not be accepted.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are wrong sizing, defective, or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@glimpsinggleam.com


Shipping
Our products are shipped within 5-7 Days using the following carriers: USPS and  UPS. You will receive a tracking number once the carrier scans your package. Once it's scanned we are no longer responsible if the package is lost or stolen. In these rare cases, you must file a claim with the carrier. 

Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total as they are determined by the customs agency of the destination country. The agency will reach out to the recipient via mail, email or phone to pay these charges so that your shipment can arrive to you. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees. 

If your package is returned to us due to address issues (that you have provided us), you will be responsible for paying a shipping invoice so we can re-ship your package. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
