Refund policy

We want you to love your jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• Customized, personalized, or final-sale items are not eligible for return.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. A $3 fee will be deducted from your refund as part of the return shipping cost.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method minus the $3 return shipping fee. Please allow 3–7 business days for it to appear on your account.
